If you want to gain weight, simply follow the breakfast, lunch, and dinner weight gain menus as set forth in the body of this guide. The menus will provide you with approximately 3,000 calories per day. Follow the exercise routines that follow the menus and within the first thirty days, you will certainly notice a gain in weight. I don’t recommend this, but if you want to gain an extra pound per week add 500 calories per day to your diet.

If you want to lose weight, simply follow the breakfast, lunch, and dinner weight loss menus as set forth in the body of this guide. The provided menus will provide you with approximately 1,500 calories per day. Follow the exercise routines that follow the menus and within the first thirty days, you will certainly notice a loss in weight.
